In general MIP SDK is much more functional than MIP SDK Mobile.
I’m not sure however what exactly you are asking for.
You know XProtect Web Client do have a timeline in Investigation mode. So obviously it is possible to be implemented.
I would assume however that you are seeking for some ready to use Web component that implements timeline, as similar is available in .NET based MIP SDK. If that is the case - I’m afraid such easy to use web component is not available.
Otherwise I would ask you to elaborate a little bit more on your question.
