Newer 25R2 Xprotech is not supporting with old SDK build for Alarmreceiver (21R2) how to update it or resolved.

Hi Team, earlier we have X-protect Corporate 2021 R2, which mobile server was integrated with Third Party via Milestone SDK for alert and alarm pushing on ICCC dashboard.

Now we have updated the Software from 21R2 to 25R2, where we are facing challenges to authenticate our older Milestone SDK with management server.

I have raised case (MSC2160041) for this this suggested to use latest library and naggeds from milestone portal but our developer not able to perform this.

Needed support and expertise advise from Milestone

Are you using the MIP SDK or the Mobile SDK? (Direct accessing the VMS or indirectly using Mobile Server?)

Did you upgrade the SDK you use? What is the version of the SDK you currently use?
