We are using Protocol Integration and send PTZ command through recordercommandService.
We experienced issue that we never get answer first PTZ MoveStart command.
If we retry the same command some seconds later we have an anwser.
Is there a timeout for RecorderCommandService ?
Why we don’t have a y answer ?
We are wondering if the issue is caused by a flaw in the communication between your app and recording server or by a flaw in communication between recording server and camera device. If it is possible for you to test, does this happen for one particular camera or does it happen for all cameras?
What version is the XProtect VMS? What is the camera (make, model, firmware version)? If you have multiple camera types please mention more than one.
