No video stream displaying on console (C#) using MIP SDK 2020 after connecting to camera

i used MIP SDK 2020 , and created the user interface using c# , after login into server i selected the camera but i am not able to see the video stream in console panel . it only says “connected to camera” , i am using xprotect Essential 2017 R1 management client for adding the cameras ,i am able to see the video stream in management client but not on the smartclient and also on C# console .

operating system : windows 7 enterprise

You mentioned that you could not see video on the Smart Client, it sounds to me rather general issue. So, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
