no video with RTSP stream. Connection is lost, trying to reconnect

I have a Robin SmartView with RTSP enabled I followed the instructions from the universal driver guide and from the manufacturer. But I have no video in Milestone. I have tried different settings and the setting from stream are OK but no luck so far. As I test I used VLC on the same machine and that is working. I am using Xprotect Management client 2019 R3 What can be the issue?
