XProtect Expert 2016 - When selecting the “open” options for log folder, Investigations folder, Today’s log folder or Open XProtect web client from Right-clicking on the mobile server manager in the taskbar, I get the above error.
The Mobile server is installed on the same server as the management and recording server. It has been this way since installation. I have a yellow light here vs a green lite. Hovering over it shows “started with errors”.
I believe this is why my views created in the smart client do not show in the web client. I only see the option for “all cameras”
Can some please advise?
