Does anyone know how the o-insights system works, collects, and processes data within xprotect, including the systems integrated and installed within xprotect? Please explain it to me.
Milestone’s APIs make it possible to gather setup information and status and listen to events. Third party integrations and similar will most have defined setup items and events that will be usable same as the XProtect built-in system items and events.
I have no concrete knowledge of O-Insight and only the developing partner Conexao Technology Solutions will know the details. They might not follow this forum to pick up your question and it might be an idea to contact them directly for more information.
