Obtain the rule name inside ActionManager.ExecuteAction

I want to get the name of the rule when exectute, like email notification is also possible todo this at runtime, but i cant find a way to get the rule id, out of BaseEvent.

That information is not available. I have verified your observations but was unable to find a workaround. My conclusion is that with the current implementation of rule actions it is not possible to get the rule id out.
