Old storage configuration was removed by SysAdmin before unused camera streams were migrated to new storage. Now recording server won't start and the task queue is full. How to clear queue?

These streams were not enabled and have not be storing data on the recording server. However, because the original storage path was still active and not deleted, the recording server will not start cause it can’t find the path. Therefore, once we set their path to the new storage configuration, the recording server’s task queue is full but making not progress.

Is there a means of clearing that queue so that we may deleted the old storage configuration from the recording server and attempt to restart the server?
