The OpenStreetMap tile server is not accessible (https://maps.milestonesys.com/Tile/). Receiving the following error: “Cannot load the map. Cannot perform the operation” when attempting to access via the Smart Client (2025 R2) and “HTTP ERROR 404” in browser. No changes have been made to firewall rules or otherwise. Confirming unable to access from external networks as well.
Tried to submit a general support case but it was auto closed due to “Not covered” / lack of active Care Premium agreement. Now posting to the forum since this outage is likely affecting more than just us and there’s costs associated with reaching out via resellers/integrators…
