It could have been the reason, sometimes it is easier to spot the unanswered questions as they stand out. In this case the reason is that I by mistake has been asking a colleague for help and did not notice he was out on training outside our offices. I am sorry for the missing reply, and hope I will find the help I need tomorrow consulting other colleagues.
