VLC player is not opening rtsp stream from Open Network Bridge when privacy mask is enabled and set on camera. When we remove privacy mask, VLC is displaying stream normally. Is this normal behavior of Network Bridge or possible a bug?

This behavior of the ONB is “by design”.
Unfortunately I cannot see to be mentioned somewhere in the documentation. And as per my knowledge there is no way to overcome it via some setting.
