Hello, this is a new feature request.
I think it would be nice if the privacy masks would move with the camera. I could probably program that functionality in a day but I really think it should be part of the package… Just use the PTZ position of the camera to move the privacy rectangle around and disable it when the rectangle is no longer inside the image.
The server does not have an accurate and reliable idea of the PTZ position of the camera. I think you ca realize how difficult it is to develop privacy masking for a PTZ camera when the position is not known sufficiently accurate (especially while on the move).
Ok, that would make it more difficult yes…
