Hy, I wrote an application that executes an exportation of audio viedeo (Export video example).
When I run the Player always on windows 10 PC and all is ok.
In two pc, instead, always with Windows 10 the Player doesn’t work. I can see the timeline but the video is not available.
Could it possibly be due to the updates of the operating system?

If you have the same issue with exported video from Smart Client, then it could be a general issue. If so, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
