We have a Protocol Integration with Milestone XProtect. The server version is 24.1a build 11269. Using the “goto” and “next” endpoint. The cameras are Axis body worn cameras . There is recorded video, and clips can be downloaded successfully.
The request for images does not return any results, The “current” and “next” values in the packet header are 0.
Please let me know what could be the reason for not returning images, and what could be the next steps.

There is a known limitation and that is if you have applied privacy masking to the camera, as a first I would check this.
Did this integration ever work? If it has worked in a previous version or using a different camera (or settings) or in a different test server it would be a clue..
I am assuming that the protocol integration work similar to the TCP Video Viewer sample. For me it would be interesting if the unmodified sample works. Sample source code is found here.
