Sometimes after the restart milestone services we get ProvideCurrentStateResponse with just one item (Server with message “Enabled”) without other items and cameras. Generally in our small test environment, we are getting 8 active cameras + some disabled cameras. It was not possible to simulate this issue in an environment where there were no disabled cameras. Is it a configuration issue?
I have an idea that the Event Server while starting uses some time to populate its internal configuration, I don’t think it is a know issue that ProvideCurrentStateResponse could be returning this kind of response.
Is my understanding correct that this happens soon after the time when the Event Server service is starting? If you do a retry, another ProvideCurrentStateResponse, a little later, do you then get a better response?
Yes, it seems that we got the message with just one item when the Event Server service is starting. if I try it later, everything looks correct. Is there any possibility of getting information, that the server is starting and the information may not be correct?
