PTZ functionality does not work for 2021 R2.We have two environments 2020R1 (ptz works) and 2021R2 (ptz does not work).No errors caught, all calls are made from our side.We use 2019 SDK. Could it be an issue?How to troubleshoot this issue?

Please use the newest MIP SDK and the let us see how it works. Also, does the camera PTZ work when using the Smart Client directly?

Hey, we have rebuilt the package using latest MilestoneSystems.VideoOS.Platform and MilestoneSystems.VideOS.Platform.Sdk latest stable 21.2.0, had to upgrade from .Net 4.6.2 to 4.7.2 (had tests for 4.7.0 as well)

Unfortunately, no success on that one. All functionality is there, except PTZ :frowning:

Where can we get log files for SDK ?

MIP log files are here in the path - [C:\ProgramData\Milestone\MIPSDK](file:C:/ProgramData/Milestone/MIPSDK)

- does the camera PTZ work when using the Smart Client directly? This is the most important place to start, we have often seen that the camera is setup differently when you switch to another server with another version of the XProtect! Please test this and if not working in Smart Client go back to the setup of the camera.
