hi sir,
Is this the correct way to get the jpeg of the camera image when using the Protocol?
1. Get a token with “Authenticate”
2. Connect with “Simple Connect”
3. Get a jpeg binary file with “Goto”
What part of “List of Requests and their Responses” should I identify if I want to get a video file like avi?
Logging in using Server Command Service it is important to note that you will either have to use a basic user and SSL towards ..ManagementServer/servercommandservice.svc, or will have to use a Windows user and use NTLM.
We are having a similar issue, where we are using a milestone user but if they are not a windows user servercommandservice is not working. should it work with only a milestone user? it seems the default configuration of IIS is that windows authentication is enabled for /serverapi application pool. can you please advise? the only way we can get server command service to work is if there is a windows user and a matching milestone user
When using Milestone / basic users you must use https and port 443 on ManagementServer/ServerCommandService.svc
