Receive Side Scaling on VM Recording Servers

Will a Milestone Recording server running on a VM benefit from using RSS, I have been told that some applications and services function poorly with RSS enabled if they are not probably configured. Does anyone know if Milestone will benefit from RSS?

Server OS: Windows Server 2012 R2

Milestone: 2017 R1

At Milestone we are not aware of any issues with this being enabled or disabled.

I feel the question would be better asked in the support community ( https://force.milestonesys.com/support/MccSupportCommunity ) , maybe user there have more experience, users on this forum will be developers..
