Reinstall the XProtect Essential+ 2019 R3.

Uninstalled and deleted all the old things. Then i get this error when i try to install:

“Unable to verify that tthe newly installed SQL server is running. Check the log files for more information.”

In the log files i find the following warnings and errors:

Warning SQLSERVER: Error Connection Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed while attempting to consume the pre-login handshake acknowledgement. This could be because the pre-login handshake failed or the server was unable to respond back in time. The duration spent while attempting to connect to this server was - [Pre-Login] initialization=16106; handshake=8205;

Error An error occurred: ‘InstallationAdapterException: Unable to verify that the newly installed SQL server is running. Check the log files for more information.’. Error details: at VideoOS.Installer.CoSQLExprAdapter.SqlExpressInstallationTask.DoRun()

Is there any tutorial for a reinstallation?
