Hi team, Im working with retrieval tasks in order to manage downloads from cameras on specific time intervals. Retrieval task works fine however I have a lot of tasks completed, other stopped and even inactive from several days that I want to remove these from manager. However I do not understand how to remove. Should be this be done automatically? or from Smartclient? Or using some way from component integration?

Hi Bo. Seems not to be automatic or there is something that blocks automatic removal of tasks. Here you have my app screenshot.
I can make the same observations.
A reply could be to ignore the older ones. I will consult some colleagues and see if I can come up with better reply.
It is automatic. The task will be removed when the footage data is removed, which normally happens based on retention.
Note that if you have evidence locked data the oldest data might be older than what the retention dictates, tasks are only removed if they are older than the oldest video data.
I am not sure how often the actual clean-up task that removes the tasks of the list is run.

I did the experiment where I moved a camera to a storage definition with small retention. It took a while but now the task list on my system is reduced.
