Is there any way to get camera model name and MAC address in plugin?

Good afternoon Sandra,

I have checked this for you, and it is possible to obtain both, the model name and the MAC in the Management Client (SDK) in XProtect Corporate as well as the Management Application (SDK) in XProtect Enterprise, but not in the SDKs standalone client, nor the config API nor the Smart Client itself.

To see for yourself: Run the ConfigDump tool sample in the Management Apllication / Management Client.

So.. we cannot retrieve those information in the SmartClient.
