Retrieved videos unable to play in Smart Client

We are using two versions of the Milestone XProtect Smart Client: 2023 R3 Build 61 and 2022 R2. Recently, we’ve encountered an issue where we can successfully retrieve video, but we cannot play it in the Smart Client.

We checked the camera device and Milestone communication, and also captured Wireshark data from the Milestone side, which appears fine. All API requests are successful, and we can see RTP packets being received.

I have attached the Wireshark capture for your reference. Please let me know if you need any more information or troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue.
