I am using Milestone Xprotect Professional 2016. I have 23 other Samsung Wisenet cameras connected to the server without issue. I can access the camera using the web viewer when the device is not added to xprotect. However, once the camera is in xprotect, it connects intermittently with a very high bit rate and I cannot access it using the web viewer. I recieve an error message on the web viewer stating that there have been too many login attempts and that the camera is locked out. I have checked the settings in xprotect and the username and password are correct.
