I’ve a problem with my custom plugin in MFA context. Follow description of issue:
You have a Milestone Federated Architecture (MFA) setup. The top site has a child site, and in this child site has a plugin like sensor monitor. You have a map in the top site that includes a hot zone which is associated with a map in the child site. If there is a camera alarm in the child site, status will be propagated up so that the hotzone on the map on the top site blinks.
If there is a sensor ( sensor monitor plugin ) in the child’s site MAP, status ( change icons ) will not be propagated up so that the hot zone on the map on the top site update icon state. This is the issue.
Do you have some news about our issue ? For us is very a critical issue. Our customer have a central control room where he manage all sensor distribuited on many stations whit MFA. In 2020R3 milestone have removed navigation map inside Alarm List View (why!?) so we have to insert a root map in a custom view, but when operator clicks on the hotzone in alarm, we have the issue on topic. Good news is that a fix has been developed for this. We’re waiting for the patch installer builds to be tested and ready, let me get back to you as soon as we have the patch installer.
