Is it possible to set a default view and some other settings, so the created user will feel like a re-login?
You cannot set a default view, neither in the Management Client nor using Configuration API. You could say that the concept of a default view does not exist in the design.
The last used view is saved by the Smart Client and unfortunately there is no functionality to read or edit the last view property using MIP.
