Since loading device pack 9.8 my server 2012 has crashed and not restarted itself twice now, seven days apart.

I’d like to remove 9.8 and go back to 9.7. Is it sufficient to remove 9.8 from Control Panel, Remove Programs and then re-run the 9.7 installer and should I stop any Milestone services before doing this.
