Smart Client user permission

User must be added into Windows admin group on server otherwise cannot connect to Smart Client. However, all users are with admin permission in Management Client with no control to play back and delete video file as built- in admin cannot be removed in Role of Management Server.

Re installed all servers with the same domain account and with admin right on Windows servers; however, this issue still remains.
