We have a 2025 R3 management server running with a single recording server. When trying to connect with the 2025 R2 or R3 smart client, I receive the “connection failed. check server address” error. However, I am able to connect with an older Smart Client version i.e. 2023 R3.
Everything is up to date like it should be and I am pretty sure all our network settings are correct but maybe they aren’t
Any help/insight into this issue would be appreciated!
