According to docs at https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/html/recordersoaphelp/class_recorder_command_service.html#a05db8199a1a7d43d22e30af0c9ab3e71, when using the PTZMoveStart command, zoom movement of -1 means zoom in and 1 means zoom out.
However, both of my cameras behave in exact opposite. -1 zooms out and 1 zooms in.
Could you help me debug this issue? Is that matter of some camera configuration?

I have found a lot of indications that it is opposite.

For now I must suspect the documentation page you have linked is wrong.
Please assume that +1 is zoom in and -1 is zoom out.
I will run this by Milestone Development for a final verification, and for having a correction made for future versions of the documentation,
