Sometimes RawLiveSource or JPEGLiveSource do not receive any image.

I use VideoOS.Platform.Live.JPEGLiveSource or VideoOS.Platform.Live.RawLiveSource with success.

But sometimes depending of the remote system I do not received any picture and I have these messages in the IP SDK log file :

2018-01-05 10:33:58.091 Error: RawLiveSource:PollThread ():No video received within 15 seconds -

2018-01-05 10:34:03.722 Error: RawLiveSource:PollThread ():No video received within 15 seconds -

2018-01-05 10:34:07.005 Error: JPEGLiveSource:PollThread ():No video received within 15 seconds -

2018-01-05 10:34:07.566 Error: RawLiveSource:PollThread ():No video received within 15 seconds -

So my question is what to do when this problem occurs ?

My first suspicion would be a general issue. When you see this does the camera stream as seen in the Smart Client also show an error?
