We have been trying to add a Sony SNC-VM772R camera to our Xprotect Corporate 2016, the camera is suppoerted and is on a supported firmware 1.02, it is detected as a Sony G7 device.
We have tried changing the camera mode to several options, factory resetting, with no sucess.
We also tried on a test system also with no sucess. Does anyone have this camera operational and can maybe share their experiance?

If you are referring to changing picture parameters (Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Saturation), please note that “Picture mode” has to be “Custom setting” in order for them to take effect.
By default it’s not “Custom setting”.“HDMI” operational mode is not integrated.

Unfortunately, there is nothing in the custom settings that can get this camera to stream, I have tried 4K 30fps mode, 4K Multi Streaming, Intelligent Cropping (FHD) and Intelligent cropping (VGA), none of them produced any stream out of this camera. I tried two different Corporate systems, with the camera local to my system and latest device pack – nothing so far. I can pull a good 4K image off the camera via browser, and the firmware is correct. Tried a factory default a couple of times with no success. Let me know if there is anything else I should be looking in to. Thanks
