SSL certificate on Management server

Hi, we are bringing online a customer with Express+ 2023R1 and Corporate 2023R1. When attempting to authenticate, we get an error because their SSL certificate is self-signed. They have many deployments of these versions all with self-signed certificates and we are able to connect to them/authenticate. Each time, the error happens at the end-point

/ManagementServer/ServerCommandService.svc

used for authentication. Do you have any idea what may cause this and how we may fix it?

If this is a general issue, and you see the same issue when using the Smart Client you can ask in the Support Community, you might get better help from the partners using the support community.

You should make sure to trust the self signed certificates on the clients. If you can verify the certificate and you can use the Smart Client please give us more detail about the error you see.
