Is there any support added to start/stop patrolling profile from SDK?

Unfortunately no, there is no ways to start/stop patrolling profile from SDK. However you can start/stop from Management client, rule and Smart Client. Please see below –
Management Client- Go to camera and select patrolling tab. You will see start and stop button.
Configure a Rule – You can configure a rule, Trigger your event and Start patrolling. Also you can stop patrolling with triggering another event.
Smart Client – you will see an icon(see below) and you can stop patrolling.
