StatusViewer Xprotect Corportate (Expert)

Hi,

I am trying to get the motion detected event on the Xprotect Corporate. I used to do it with the Central communication ​on the Pro version, but central doesn’t seem to be available on the Corporate version.

So, I am turning toward the StatusViewer sample. I can connect to a Pro server with the sample but I get an message error, unable to connect to EventServer on the Corporate version (see attachment).

The sample can connect to the Corporate server when I run it locally on the server, but I get the error when I try to run it on a remote station.

Is there a setting that I need to change on the server? Any help would be appreciated.

I suspect a networking issue of some sort.
