Yes, you might want to explore MIP SDK Mobile, MIP SDK Mobile is a set of software development tools that enable you to interface with the Milestone Mobile Server, please see this link: https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/mipsdkmobile/

If you want to do it on server side, there is no ASP.net samples in MIP SDK documentation as I mentioned in the previous post. All the functionality in MIP SDK could be used in ASP.net solution except UI controls. Whether MIP SDK without using UI or Mobile SDK is better for your web application is up to you.
