As during migration Support Community is down - is this platform would place where integrators can help each other, share some ideas, problems etc? I understand that this originally DEV forum but what to do…

This is a place for developers questions related to MIP SDK or to develop something with XProtect. It is the same principal as old Developer Forum.

If there are questions about general issues, please follow the following steps:

There has been some changes to Support Community but this link should still work.
Please try again using the link, if that doesn’t work.
Try the following steps instead:

  1. Go to https://www.milestonesys.com/

  2. Log in, then select XProtect. From there, you will have access to the Packs and the Support section.

  3. In the menu, choose the support option you need.
