hello i have 2 smartclient in 2017 R2 under W10 Pro on one of the two PCs the joystick Axis T8312 / T8313 does not work despite the installation of C ++ 2010 and the plugin Milestone Axis T8310.

installing the mentioned distributables should not be needed as from 2017R1. Any way, I suggest you try installing the following (as admin) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632
And if the problem persists I would suggest you create a support ticket and tell us about the differences between both machines: the one where it works, and the one where it does not.
A good suggestion is to (re) install the latest T8310 plug-in (also as admin, just in case).
