The issue when control PTZ with Panasonic WV-SW598 on our application

Hi,

I would like to find the reason why strange issue when control PTZ on our appliacion.

As you can see the attached, we’d tried to use PTZ on test and there are 2 cameras for test now. (I know you would get problem about language so please care IP only )

  1. 10.112.148.14
  2. 10.112.148.15

148.15 work good without any problem but 148.14 camera doesn’t work zoom even PT works.

If we set “Use Rectangel command API”, work good but when click to “Use CenterCommand API”, no zoom works.

Anyone can help about this issue?

below attached is video clip about this issue.

The version is XPCO 2014(7.0d) and DP is 8.6 currently.

Both camera added on same RS above and also both camera’s firmware is same as well.

I hope this issue will be solved.

I am guessing the integration you have is fine but the issue is difference of capabilty or behavior in the cameras.

The two cameras are same model, same firmware, same setup(?)

I am guessing that there is a better chance that partners active on the Support Community will be able to help.
