Transact stop receiving from POS station and don't receive anymore until Transact service is restarted

Actually yes, we’re trying to fix the Plugin for POS that is available here, it have some inestabilities that we need to figure out how to solve.

Can you elaborate on this? Is the connection breaking? Does it resume automatically (but data is lost)? Please describe what you have done to troubleshoot and what you have observed.

If using the unmodified Transact Connector sample I assume there is no issue, please check.

When the Transact server start “after” a POS station is working (sending POS data), it works OK.

But if the POS station restart Transact server will stop receiving data. The only way to recover it is to restart transact service.

We use a plugin that regional manager of Milestone pointed us to because regular one didn’t worked with our model of POS Station:
