Trendnet and Universal channel

To use Universal channel is very new to me. In the older version of Milestone it was very easy, just select Trendnet and add a IP address and then it was done.

Now I have problem to connect a Trendnet TV-IP320PI to it and not sure why.

I select Universal and everything looks ok

I have read this guide

but still does not got it to work.

I use VLC to test the stream

rtsp://<username>:<password>@192.168.1.10/Streaming/Channels/1

I just add in “Connection URI”

Streaming/Channels/1

but show no video

I have try with diffrent settings in Codec and Streaming Mode (VLC say it is H.264)

In VLC it also work with

rtsp://192.168.1.10:554/video.h264

so in the “Connection URI” I did add

video.h264

but still no video.

Not sure what more I can do?

I have try with another camera but same error?

I have disable firewall but nothing change.

I have no idea what have happend but I did follow this guide

and still not working

But I then reboot the server and now it working??

It seems you have it working, after reboot. If you still have questions: as this is not related to software development with the MIP SDK, which is the focus of this forum, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
