Hello, I’m having trouble starting the PcmLiveSource on Smart Client 2019 R1. PcmLiveContent events don’t trigger and no PCM data received. It works in 2021 R3 and 2022 R1.
When debugging, the LiveModeStart property in PcmLiveSource stays false even after setting it to true.
It seems to be a client-only issue as well, since it works as intended when using a newer Smart Client (2022 R1) and a 2019 R3 server.
Smart Client version 2020 R2 is the oldest version where the property gets set correctly.
Thank you for the investigation, it seems like there might be fixes between 2019 R3 and 2020 R2 on Smart Client but telling you the truth, we are not sure which changes affected it. Can you please use the newer version (than 2020 R2) of Smart Client?
