Ubiquiti AirCam ip camera.

I am trying to connect an Air Cam from Ubiquiti to XProtect Essntials +. Using the Universal driver with 1 channel, I can find the camera, but when the device is installed on the recording server, I get a Connection to Camera lost message.

I can connect directly to the camera using its ip address as http://10.10.5.200/ and can get the login screen, so I know the camera is there and working.

I’ve tried rstp:10.10.5.200:554/ which is the recommended setting.

Any advice?

Is there anyone using a UBNT Air Cam?

Thanks Bo,

The problem was something else: The XProtect Server was on a different subnet than the camera. Once we stood up the server on the same network, I was able to see video.

I guess viewing Ubiquiti Air Dome cameras over Enterprise subnets may be an issue, but our customer is using a better breed of camera.
