Unable to add new device licences

Hi

I’ve purchased more licences and received a certificate from the supplier however i cant seem to get them installed.

When i select activate licences manually and enter my username and password, i receive an “Access Denied” error.

I cant login to softreg.milestonesys.com i get “You are not a license user and do not have access to Software Registration” however can login to “My Milestone” with the same password.

How on earth does one update their licence?

How does someone else having the same issue see this resolution?

Generally the License Chat will start with a analysis of your Software License Code (SLC) which we strongly recommend not to share in this public forum. Same goes for your login credential to Milestone web services which can be analyzed by Milestone License Chat.
