Hello,
I am having an issue when configuring the Hanwha XNB-8000 cameras, as follows:
- I imported the cameras, it starts recording at mjpeg @ 1 FPS. The issue is when I am trying to change anything in the camera settings (FPS, Resolution, etc) or I try to change to stream 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 for recording/viewing, I lose connection to the camera, what could be the issue.
- I also deleted some cameras, when trying to readd, Milestone shows incorrect password, while the password is not changed.
- The version is Milestone Xprotect Express+ with all needed camera licenses.
