"Unable to connect to toolkit exception" received from live event

Hi, using your C# projects in particular I am using the MediaLiveViewer and VideoViewer solution. I’m having problems receiving Live and Playback frames, in particular the exception with “unable to connect to toolkit” is thrown in the eventagrs. However, by trying to use these applications inside the machine where the server is installed, the frames are received correctly. Reading in old posts I saw that problem could be communication with some ports, but by telnetting with them I don’t encounter any problems. I tried disabling both firewalls but to no avail. Can you tell me a solution? Below are the details of the environment:

MIP Server: 2023 R1 1a

OS not working (wo MIP server): Windows 11

Working OS (w MIP server): Windows 10

Are you using the newest samples and the newest MIP SDK NuGet?

Do you see the error always or intermittent?

Might there be an underlying issue that both Smart Client and client based on MIP SDK fails? If you test with the Smart Client instead on the same remote PC, does it work fine? Please test.

Thanks for the reply, I was able to trace the problem. It was due to the incorrect configuration of the device’s public IP.
