Using 2020R3 (Server and SDK) we have an issue exporting bookmarks. The bookmarks export just fine if exporting from the Smart Client, but the exports from DBExporter (even with IncludeBookmarks = true) does not. Service user is part of the Administrators group.
If you use the Export sample unmodified, do you see the same issue? (Same user, same camera, )
Do you use signing, encryption or prevent export?
I tried to reproduce but the sample worked for me.
