I have 6 identical Qsee IP camera model Q-See QTN8037BC, from a previous DVR that I migrated to a milestone system. I manually add all 6 and they successfully discover and add but only 2 show video. the other 4 show camera not available. If I login directly to the camera using the same account given to milestone which is the admin account I see video fine. I notice in the Xprotect Management client, if I look at the camera under recording server and click on the camera and then select the streams tab. On the cameras that don’t work, this is empty on the 2 that do work there is a single entry there. If I try to click add, it crashes the client. All cameras are on the local subnet. All are poe+hardwired. They worked find when I had been using 2017 version but the computer crashed and I had to rebuild and am now using the latest 2018.
I have tried to delete and re-add to no avail.
I have a backup of the config from 2017 but I am not allowed to import it into 2018 it seems
