Unable to log in to XProtect Smart Client. Essentials+ 2021 R1

On ther server, the client work just fine. But on a remote computer, I’m stuck, It accept the user, and start to log in, but freeze. I have installed all hotfixes available for the server and the remote client.

Any idea what might be the problem?
