We are running a 2020 R2 Pro+ VMS for testing. We can connect to the VMS via the Internet without issue with port 80 forwarded. We can also get a list of cameras and their properties, but we are unable to access the camera’s live or recorded video. We installed the VMS without encryption. Please advise how to proceed.
